By accessing or using our Services, including participating in any item reveals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

  1. Purchases and Transactions

All purchases made through the Site are subject to our pricing, availability, and shipping policies. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

  1. Item Reveal and Selection Process

Upon purchase, a collectible item (e.g., trading card) will be revealed to the Buyer. The Buyer must then choose one of the following within 15 calendar days:
    •    Keep the Item: Buyer retains the item and must pay the applicable shipping and handling fees within the decision window.
    •    Sell Back the Item: Buyer may opt to sell the item back to Break the Bank Collectibles for the Buy-Back Value displayed at the time of reveal.

If the Buyer fails to make a selection within the 15-day period, the item will automatically be bought back for the displayed Buy-Back Value. No exceptions will be granted after the window closes.

  1. Shipping Terms

If the Buyer selects to “Keep” the item, they must pay for shipping and handling within the 15-day decision window. Items will not be shipped without payment. If no shipping fee is received within that time, the item will be automatically bought back.

  1. Buy-Back Credit and Wallet Use

When a Buy-Back occurs (by choice or default), the value is credited to the Buyer’s Break the Bank Collectibles Wallet. Credits may be used toward future purchases or withdrawn in accordance with our withdrawal policies.

  1. Final Sale Policy

All item reveals are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed, except through the Buy-Back process detailed above.

All content on the Site, including logos, images, product names, and software, are the intellectual property of Break the Bank Collectibles or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our written permission.
